Coherent Optics

""Coherent optics" encompasses technologies and methods in optics and optical communications that leverage consistent phase relationships within light waves. It harnesses these properties to enable high-speed data transmission, optical networking, and diverse scientific and medical applications. Coherent optics has significantly advanced optical communications and continues to drive faster and more efficient data transmission systems.

Optical Microscopy

Optical microscopy, also known as light microscopy, is a microscopy technique that uses visible light and a system of lenses to magnify and observe small objects or specimens. It is one of the oldest and most widely used techniques in microscopy, allowing scientists, researchers, and educators to study a wide range of biological, medical, and materials science samples

Holographic Imaging

Holographic imaging is a technique that uses holography to create three-dimensional (3D) images of objects or scenes. Unlike traditional photography or two-dimensional imaging, holography captures both the amplitude and phase of light, allowing it to record and reproduce the complete information about the light wavefront reflected or scattered by the object. This results in a more realistic and detailed representation of the object, including its depth and spatial information.

Optical Diffraction Tomography

Optical Diffraction Tomography (ODT) is an advanced imaging technique used in microscopy and biomedical research to non-invasively create three-dimensional (3D) images of transparent specimens with high resolution. ODT combines principles from optics, diffraction, and tomography to generate 3D reconstructions of the refractive index distribution within biological cells and other transparent samples. This technique provides valuable insights into the internal structures and properties of microscopic objects.
