Dual-shot polarization DHM published in Biomedical Optics Express
Mohammad Hussein’s paper shows how to recover the full-field Jones matrix of a sample from just two holograms, using a polarization-sensitive camera and a phase bias equalization step that removes drift between the shots. The method maps retardance and fast-axis orientation in polymer films, mouse brain sections and human cornea.
